Weaver Analytics, Inc. ("Weaver", "we", "us") provides first-party web analytics, reporting and related tools ("Service").
By creating an account, installing the pixel, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Continuing to use the Service means you accept any updated version posted.
You must be 18+ and authorized to bind your organization. You're responsible for your credentials and all activity in your account.
You own all data collected from your properties. Weaver processes that data only to provide and improve the Service under your instructions and applicable law.
You must comply with all laws, use permission-based contacts, and not misuse the Service (e.g., abuse, unlawful tracking, or interference).
Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service. Do not misuse third-party data.
If you connect Google APIs, you must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including 'Limited Use'.
Beta or free features are provided 'as is' and may change or end anytime.
Paid plans renew monthly unless canceled. Cancel anytime. Fees are non-refundable except within the 14-day refund window described in the Refund Policy (for eligible first-time subscriptions) or where required by law.
Non-public information exchanged is confidential and may be used only to fulfill the agreement.
We use encryption and standard safeguards to protect your data. You remain responsible for your credentials and devices.
We strive for reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance or downtime may occur.
You may export or delete your data at any time. Data is deleted within a reasonable period after account closure.
The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'.
Weaver's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
You will defend and indemnify Weaver against third-party claims from your unlawful content or misuse of the Service.
We may update these Terms with notice and update the effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, with exclusive venue in Delaware courts.

Our Starter plan is free — no payment, no refund needed.
Cancel anytime. A 14-day refund window applies for eligible first-time subscriptions (the "Refund Window"). Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase. If approved, we will refund the subscription fees you paid for that initial purchase. After the Refund Window, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Renewals are non-refundable. Upgrades are billed immediately; downgrades take effect after the cycle.
Report billing issues within 30 days to billing@weaverall.com.
No refunds for unused time, violations, or enterprise plans unless stated.
